Speculative poetry has been called humanity’s primordial literature: it is the first verse. The first way humans wrote about and recorded their imaginations and experiences.
Nearly everyone knows some speculative poetry—from nursery rhymes to Edgar Allen Poe to Puff, the Magic Dragon—it’s been around all along.
After an introduction, speculative poets will read their work in two rounds and answer questions from the audience.
